Baptism is the sacrament through which a person is born again and accepted into the membership of the church after being dipped into water three times in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. This follows the example set by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who was baptized by John the Baptist in the River Jordan.

Of all the sacraments it is the first because it is considered as the door through which the believer enters the church and the Kingdom of Grace according to what was said by Our Lord Jesus Christ. “Except a man be born of water and of the spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God. ”(St. John 3:5). Baptism has Biblical basis. (St. Matthew 28: 19-20)
It is the holy ointment which one is anointed after Baptism. Confirmation like Baptism is performed once and cannot be repeated. Through the sacrament of confirmation, the believer is granted the gift of the Holy Spirit. In the Apostolic times the baptized person was granted the Holy, Spirit by the laying of the hands (Acts 20: 14-17). When the church expanded, however, the bishops who continued the works of the Apostles permitted the replacement of the laying of hands by the anointing of the Holy Oil.

The gift of the Holy Spirit with the Holy Oil ointment, confirmation, has Biblical foundation. The believer is anointed with the Holy Oil immediately after baptism. When the Apostles baptized children and grown-ups, the baptized person was granted the gift of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 8: 14-17; 19: 5-6). (Isaiah 11: 2); Certain parts the body are anointed with Holy oil after saying certain prayers during the sacrament of Confirmation.
Penance means to feel remorse, repent and cleanse oneself from sin. Although Christians are reborn through Baptism, men are liable to commit sins. Therefore:

Every Christian should have a father confessor (soul-father)
Everyone should go to the father-confessor and confess their sins. (Lev. 14: 31, St. Matthew 8: 4; Epiphanius Faith of Fathers Hai Ab. 59: 20). Those who confess their sins and return to God receive the grace of God, and by receiving the Holy Communion, they will enter to their former place of honor.
Confessions and remissions are performed only by bishops or priests. Penance is based on the Bible. (St. Matthew 16)
This is the crowning service of the Christian church, the culmination of Christian worship, the peak of the Christian experience where devout believers hold intimate communion with their living Lord through the consecrated elements of bread and wine. The Church through the ages, has regarded this sacrament as the supreme act of communal worship.

It is called
Holy Communion
The Lord’s Table
The Flesh (Body) and Blood of Kristos
The Eucharist
The sacrament of Holy Matrimony is important for the life of mankind. It is Holy and ordained by God. Through it the husband and wife are united and given the Divine Grace which sanctifies their union and makes it perfect and spiritual like the unity of Kristos and the Church.

All Christians should respect the Principle of Marriage and keep its regulations and must live in the faith of our Lord Eyesus Kristos.
Unction of the Sick is an anointment administered to the sick believer. It has a Biblical origin and is administered by bishops and priests. (St. Mark 6: 13; Jas. 5: 13-15)

All Sacraments are performed in the Church. However, it is not also forbidden if they are performed elsewhere as and when conditions are met. The main aim of all the Sacraments is to redeem mankind.
Holy Orders is the sacrament for ordaining and consecrating the clergy. Through this sacrament, the ordained clergy is granted a divine gift appropriated to the various services to which they are called. This sacrament was instituted by Jesus Christ Himself when He chose and appointed the 12 apostles and 72 disciples. He set apart these special persons as apostles and spent a whole night with them before sending them into the world.
